Job description
the regional marketing manager, latin american (latam) will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive revenue growth across the region.
this role will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to deploy and optimize demand generation marketing programs, focusing on new logo acquisition and customer expansion.
key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing program performance, providing insights and optimization recommendations to leadership.
* own strategic vision, planning, and execution of latam regional marketing plans that create new opportunities.
* deliver cohesive regional marketing programs that include events, paid media, social media, and partner co-marketing.

required skills and qualifications
bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant career experience is required. A minimum of 6+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on regional and field/demand generation marketing is also required.
business-level fluency in english, portuguese, and spanish is necessary for success in this role.
* proven track record of supporting sales teams to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
* skilled in managing account-based marketing (abm) programs and implementing demand generation and integrated marketing strategies.
