you will:
executive & administrative support
email management: prioritize, manage, and organize the ceo's email inboxes, ensuring timely responses to critical communications.
calendar management: manage and optimize the ceo's calendar, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones while balancing priorities.
personal administrative support: provide comprehensive support to the ceo, including personal errands and tasks, allowing them to focus on strategic decision-making.
confidentiality maintenance: handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
office management
handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
assist hr and finance with expense tracking, invoices, and payroll coordination.
work in tandem with the ceo to organize company-wide events, summits, retreats, and other key gatherings, ensuring they align with leadership's strategic and team-building objectives.
you have/can:
1+ years of experience in executive assistance, administrative support, office management, or operations.
strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
a proactive attitude—you anticipate needs before they arise.
strong written and verbal communication skills.
