we are looking for a passionate and experienced requirements management and alm consultant to join our north american team. You will act as a strategic advisor, trainer, and hands-on configuration expert.
this is a client-facing role requiring a strong blend of systems engineering knowledge, project implementation skills, and customer communication
serve as the primary consultant for north american customers, guiding them through onboarding, configuration, and deployment of visure's platform.
lead workshops to capture requirements management and systems engineering workflows.
jira, ibm doors, azure devops, and others) using standard connectors and custom integrations.
training & enablement
conduct training sessions (mostly remote) for client engineering teams on visure's capabilities and best practices.
create client-specific training materials, user documentation, and solution architecture guidelines.
support & success management
support customers during evaluation, pilot, and post-deployment phases.
bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
~experience configuring and deploying enterprise software solutions.
~ proficiency with requirements modeling, traceability, and version control concepts.
~ scripting experience with python for tool customization.
fluency in english (spanish or french is a plus)
