responsible for accurate receiving and storing national and imported products and equipment to meet company standards of sanitation, security, safety and productivity.
mission / objetivo
recibir, almacenar y apoyar en el surtido, empaque y embarque de órdenes, mediante el equipo de manejo de materiales, procedimientos de operación y normas de seguridad, para cumplir con el surtido de pedidos de cliente en oportunidad y calidad.
responsibilities / funciones y responsabilidades principales
* recibir materiales, mediante facturas y órdenes de compra con el fin de registrar el ingreso de mercancía al inventario.
* segregar adecuadamente el producto por familias y tipos.
* examina e inspecciona mercancía durante el recibo, para detectar defectos y notificar daños e incidencias a las áreas correspondientes.
* realizar el ingreso de información de mercancía de importación y nacional en el sistema.
* manejar y almacenar los materiales recibidos, mediante la ubicación por áreas asignadas, para mantener la localización del producto.
* auxiliar en el surtido y empaque de los pedidos de cliente, así como los materiales de marketing, mediante picking list y listas autorizadas por marketing, para la facturación de los mismos o entrega.
* auxiliar en conteos físicos de materiales, mediante hojas de conteo del sistema, para medir la confiabilidad del inventario.
* revisar y monitorear el correcto funcionamiento de los montacargas y equipos de trabajo asignados al área de recibo.
* cumplir la aplicación de procedimientos de la norma iso vigente e indicadores, por medio de auditorías, con objeto de mantener procesos normalizados.
* participar con un rol activo dentro de las brigadas establecidas en la empresa (primeros auxilios, incendios, derrames, búsqueda y rescate y comunicación) para garantizar la seguridad dentro del almacén.
requisitos / qualifications
* educación: preparatoria
* al menos un año de experiencia en posiciones similares
* experiencia manejando productos químicos o peligrosos
* experiencia manipulando montacargas (hombre a pie / montacargas eléctrico)
* manejo de excel

* physical effort is required. Work requires walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that might weigh 50 lbs.
