We are seeking an experienced servicenow developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in developing, customizing, and configuring servicenow applications, with a focus on modules such as itsm, hrsd, and csm. You will be responsible for creating custom applications, implementing workflows, and integrating with other systems to enhance business processes.
Key responsibilities
develop, configure, and maintain servicenow applications, ensuring high‑quality code and adherence to best practices.
Customize and configure itsm, hrsd, and csm modules to meet business requirements.
Work on complex servicenow workflows, forms, and scripting to automate processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into functional and technical solutions.
Integrate servicenow with third‑party systems using rest/soap apis and other integration techniques.
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ensure effective issue resolution.
Assist in the development and deployment of servicenow upgrades and patches, ensuring customizations are not affected.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
Required skills & qualifications
experience: minimum of 3 years of experience working with servicenow as a developer.
Solid experience with servicenow itsm (incident, problem, change management) and csm.
Technical skills: strong proficiency in javascript (for scripting in servicenow).
In-depth knowledge of servicenow development, including business rules, script includes, ui actions, ui scripts, and workflows.
Experience with servicenow service portal development and configuration.
Familiarity with servicenow orchestration and flow designer.
Strong understanding of rest/soap apis and integration techniques.
Certifications: certified servicenow administrator (csa) certification is required.
Soft skills: strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with both technical and non‑technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Problem‑solving and analytical thinking with attention to detail.
Desirable skills
