with a focus on operational excellence, you will lead all aspects of the pre-opening and launch, including talent acquisition, operational systems, service culture, and positioning strategy.
establishing the resort as a market leader in punta de mita, you will leverage sales, revenue, and marketing strategies to capture market share and outperform the comp set.
responsibilities include inspiring, mentoring, and developing a leadership team that embodies luxury ethos and commitment to personalized guest service.
you will build strong, collaborative relationships with local community leaders and global brand partners.
overseeing operations across rooms, f&b, spa/wellness, events, and recreation with a focus on seamless integration and uncompromising service.
ensure consistent guest satisfaction scores that rival international luxury competitors.
drive profitability while safeguarding the integrity of the guest experience and the long-term value of the brand.
candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience as general manager of a luxury resort (ultra-luxury strongly preferred) and previous experience in mexico required; deep knowledge of regional culture, luxury clientele, and market positioning.
bilingual fluency in spanish & english is mandatory.
proven pre-opening leadership experience and track record in oceanfront resort operations are advantageous.
exceptional leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams and engage high-profile guests with discretion and elegance.
strong financial acumen and p&l management experience (10+ years).
