About the role
we are seeking a highly skilled hr professional to support our day-to-day human resources operations in mexico. This role focuses on local employee management, document handling, labor compliance, and hr process execution.
key responsibilities
* recruit and onboard local employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all hr-related tasks.
* maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and attendance data, while ensuring compliance with mexican labor laws and regulations.
* support payroll input, employee benefits administration, and provide operational support for training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
* assist with employee relations, internal communication, and daily inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
* ccoordinate with external agencies and government offices as needed, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
requirements
* familiarity with local employment practices and labor law in mexico.
* fluent in spanish, able to communicate effectively in english; mandarin is a plus.
* experience in manufacturing hr or labor-intensive industries preferred.
* strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication.
* proactive, reliable, and capable of executing hr tasks independently, with minimal supervision.
