You will be based in queretaro or guadalajara, and be a part of the admx (americas delivery mexico) team, serving our clients with international operations. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. Work you'll do as a business technology intern, you will participate in a full-time, intensive training program lasting up to 90 days. This program covers specific technologies, consulting skills, and includes a shadowing period with our experts at deloitte. Upon successful completion and based on your performance, you may be eligible for a full-time offer as an analyst. The business technology intern serves as the bridge between business and technology. Interns are expected to demonstrate critical thinking, leadership skills, and a strong foundation in problem-solving. They thrive on implementing and deploying technology solutions tailored to meet unique industry business processes and regulatory requirements.

required qualifications
• bachelor's degree completed or anticipated completion by june/july 2025 or december 2025 in engineering (industrial, mechatronic, software, finance, administration, business) or related areas of study.
• advanced english level

•location guadalajara or queretaro
• must be legally authorized to pursue a professional career in mexico without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future preferred qualifications:

•knowledge in systems development, lifecycle and application tools

•technology interest, problem solving, awareness of cutting-edge solutions, operational/ process design awareness, executive presence, strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and easily communicate findings
•knowledge in programming languages like: python, sql, r or java
•software aptitude in powerpoint, ms project, access, excel, and/or visio
•strong research, writing, verbal communication, and project management skills
