- * capability building*: roll out manufacturing standards specific to process capability building and training for plant colleagues.
- * data analysis*:leverage statistical modeling and simulation tools to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement.
- * technical direction*: use organizational awareness and clear communication skills to shape the technical direction of process initiatives that drive business benefits.
- ensure foundational skills and capabilities evolve in step with technological advancements.
- * hands-on role*: spend at least 75% of your time on the plant floor, focusing on execution.
