Purpose of the position:
responsible for making or improving different types of tools to enable the production processes within a manufacturing facility to be as efficient as possible. This may include jigs, fixtures, clamps or molds to obtain a more robust consistently produced part that meets the specification of the custom, knowledge in machine center cnc, code g, create programs to machine manual, found to failed in machine or program to cnc, knowledge in software to design (ug or ptc, cad/cam) knowledge in treatment thermal, leader with engineers, review and improvement the design for the fabrication to parts die and molds, changes to engineer, knowledge in gd&t, knowledge in new products. This position must have the skills and ability to perform operations on conventional machines (lathe, grinding, and milling machines), as well as automated processes such as cnc. If you lack the necessary experience, you will be provided with sufficient training until you reach the level required to assume the same responsibility and demands in machining center processes (edm and wire). The group leader will be able to perform any type of release of manufactured parts; in other words, they will provide full support in any situation required in the sizing process flow, until the parts are delivered to internal and/or external customer.
