about the opportunity
we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a commercial real estate lead sourcing specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential capital providers for commercial real estate debt and equity brokerage.
the ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, sales support, or a related field, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of outreach calls. You will be comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
key responsibilities
* outreach and engagement: develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to gauge interest in active opportunities and nurture leads towards further discussions.
* appointment setting: schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified capital providers and our senior team to ensure a smooth handoff for follow-up discussions.
* phone-based research: conduct introductory calls with lenders and investors to capture high-level criteria, including preferred loan types, deal sizes, and geographic focus.
* web-based research: review lender websites, industry databases, and online resources to identify, update, and validate current lending programs and parameters.
* database management: update existing capital provider investment parameters in our crm, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
requirements and qualifications
* minimum 2 years of experience in research, business development, sales support, or a related field.
* preferred: experience in real estate, finance, or capital brokerage, particularly within the u.s. commercial real estate market.
* fluent in english (c1 or higher), with strong verbal communication skills and confidence in making professional outreach calls.
* comfortable managing a high volume of outreach calls each week.
* skilled in gathering, synthesizing, and presenting information from databases, websites, and direct conversations.
