your day-day:
- collaborate with creative leads and cross-functional teams to craft cutting-edge visual stories that support the overall creative vision of projects.
- bring your unique artistic perspective and technical expertise to the table to deliver high-quality motion graphics and animations.
- design, create, and animate compelling motion graphics and visual assets, aligning them with established concepts and visual systems.
- propose creative solutions to enhance motion graphics and seamlessly integrate them into the project's visual narrative.
- develop working files, templates, and guidelines as needed to ensure efficiency and consistency across projects.
- create clear and compelling storyboards to effectively communicate the vision for motion graphics.
you have:
- a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in motion design, animation, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a motion designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates both creative and technical proficiency.
- advanced proficiency in adobe after effects (2d animation), photoshop, and illustrator.
- expertise in designing and animating dynamic, engaging motion graphics, integrating various assets and mixed media.
- strong organizational skills to manage assets such as animation elements, run timings, and audio.
- ability to create and refine storyboards, ensuring clarity and creativity.
- proactive communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well in a highly collaborative environment.
- meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively.
- illustration and/or 2d/cel character animation skills are a plus; cg character animation or cg generalist skills are also highly desirable.
