responsibilities:
* prepare and present high-quality dishes within company guidelines.
* maintain a clean and tidy kitchen environment, ensuring no cross-contamination.
* prepare all mise-en-place for relevant menus.
* assist other departments as needed, fostering good working relationships.
* report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues.
* comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety and food safety legislation.
requirements:
* nvq level 1 in culinary arts.
* positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
* ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
* basic food hygiene certification.
