- manages the reception desk, receiving all visitors and colleagues in a professional, friendly manner
- act as first point of contact for all queries from visitors, focussing on customer service
- co-ordinates the maintenance of office equipment
- liaises with catering department to co-ordinate requirements for meetings
- manages the logistics for internal meetings and events
- photocopies, scans and maintains records
