About the role
askey account manager based in culiacán, youll develop and support the partnership between our company andcasa ley, helping to synchronize our category strategies and the accounts shopper strategies to increase demand and account support for our profitable growth. Ensure we get our products into the store, off the shelf, and into the home of our consumers cost effectively and more efficiently than our competition.
Main responsibilities:
:
strategic account leadership:develop a deep understanding of the accounts strategy, identify their business needs, and sell proactive, value:added solutions to improve gross margin, reduce operating expenses, and secure a network of influential contacts.
:
business planning and negotiation:execute the account investment strategy, ensure profitable returns, and prepare negotiation plans that focus on mutually beneficial issues (e.g., supply chain efficiency, shopper insights) rather than solely price.
:
performance monitoring and analysis:review daily and weekly business performance against plan, prepare monthly variation reports (sales, volume, gtn), and act on key observations and opportunities identified through category analysis.

promotion management:coordinate the planning and execution of account:specific in:store promotions, ensure timely communication/training for excellent execution, track competitive activity, and conduct post:evaluations to revise future tactics.

new products and category management:ensure rapid and high:quality sell:in of new products, share responsibility for the category management offering, and consistently apply shopper insights to daily business.

shelf and merchandising management:develop a strong understanding of account merchandising policies, identify opportunities to improve sales at the shelf, ensure excellent execution of all brand strategies, and monitor compliance with pricing.

control and product flow:pre:evaluate all investments for financial viability, maintain accurate spending projections, coordinate with credit control, and work with customer service to ensure product availability in the relevant warehouse.
Required qualifications:
:
bachelors degree in business administration, industrial engineering, marketing or related field
:
at least 4 years of sales experience in modern trade channel in a consumer goods company
:
strong negotiation skills

financial understanding and numeracy

intermediate english level
