the opportunity
responsible for the administrative activities of the recruitment process for mexico, brazil, south cone, andean, and caricam markets.
your impact
as talent acquisition back-office analyst, your functions would include:
* handle both internal and external recruitment processes.
* manage interview scheduling process.
* ensure timely governance checks are completed, and follow up on unresolved issues or questions for candidates.
* create offer letters.
* manage the pre-hire process and all new hire follow-up.
* ensure services are delivered within defined timelines, in accordance with slas/kpis, while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
* identify and implement opportunities for service delivery and process improvements.
qualifications

* proficiency in microsoft office suite, including word, excel, powerpoint, and outlook.
* intermediate to advanced english level.
* strong time management and organizational skills.
