As a seasoned Human Resources professional, we seek an individual to serve as a strategic partner in one of our key production sites.
The idóneo candidate will lead initiatives in employee relations, talent management, compliance, and organizational development, ensuring alignment with global HR standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and leadership, ensuring compliance with labor law and international standards.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for technical and administrative roles.
- Drive training programs in leadership, technical skills, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage HR operations, personnel files, payroll support, and benefits administration.
- Oversee performance management, career development, and continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Support both unionized and non-unionized environments, including negotiations and contract administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred).
- Proven experience in labor law, ISO/IATF standards, and HRIS systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with teams and leadership.
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English).
The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in labor compliance, hands-on leadership skills, and ability to balance operational HR with strategic initiatives.
