experiência y requisitos
bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; master's degree or professional certification (e.g., hrci, shrm, or local equivalent) preferred.
minimum of 3-5 years of progressive hr experience.
strong knowledge of mexican labor laws, regulations, and cultural norms related to hr practices, including recruitment, employment contracts, benefits, and termination procedures.
excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, managers, and external stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
proficiency in spanish and english, with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both languages, both written and spoken.
ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
proficiency in hris software, microsoft office suite, and other hr-related tools and technologies.
