The role
we are looking for a route planning manager (short- and mid-term) to lead the strategy and optimization of our network, helping shape decisions that drive profitability, growth, and commercial performance. This role will play a critical part in turning data into action, developing analytical talent, and partnering closely with teams such as revenue management, fleet planning, and network scheduling to respond quickly and effectively in a fast-changing environment.
what are we looking for?
* at least 5 years of experience in commercial areas within the airline industry, ideally in a ulcc environment.
* strong command of analytical tools such as tableau, power bi, sabre, and diio.
* strong analytical skills and a strategic, results‐driven mindset.
* experience developing business cases and evaluating route, network, or business unit performance.
* ability to translate data into clear recommendations and executive‐level presentations.
* strong collaboration and influencing skills to work effectively across cross‐functional teams.
* high adaptability and ability to perform under pressure in dynamic environments.
* advanced english proficiency.
* experience in the airline or transportation industry is preferred.
* previous experience leading analytical teams is a plus.
