* bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field.
* 4+ years of experience in corporate or internal communications, preferably in manufacturing.
* strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
* proficiency in design tools ( adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator, adobe premiere pro, powtoon) and communication platforms.
* ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
responsibilities:
* design and distribute internal communications (newsletters, bulletins, posters, digital signage).
* coordinate campaigns related to safety, quality, culture, and continuous improvement.
* support leadership in delivering strategic messages through town halls, videos, and presentations.
* ensure alignment between corporate and local plant communication strategies.
* translate business objectives into clear, engaging messages for all employee levels.
* monitor communication effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
* create visual materials for training, safety awareness, and operational updates.
* develop multimedia content (videos, infographics, animations) to reinforce key messages.
* promote wellness, safety, and environmental initiatives through targeted communication.
* assist in employee recognition programs and engagement campaigns.
