about our client:
a community association management company that values integrity, trust, experience, and support in building and maintaining communities. They encourage team participation in defining best practices daily.

responsibilities include:

* supporting a portfolio of financial-only or smaller client accounts with virtual meetings.
* overseeing community functions such as maintenance, vendor follow-up, and client interactions.
* acting as a liaison between the board of directors and residents.
* providing fiscal management, including invoice review, tax coordination, reserve studies, and financial statement review.
* preparing for and attending association meetings, including board meetings and annual meetings.
* preparing meeting packets, agendas, minutes, and action lists.
* supervising elections and procedural tasks for hoa.
* maintaining knowledge of governing documents, state statutes, and local ordinances.
* performing other assigned activities.

work schedule:
monday to friday, with availability for after-hours meetings.
regular hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Cst mx; during daylight saving: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Cst mx.

this is a remote position, but initial visit to our offices in cdmx or gdl is required on the first day.

prior experience as a community association manager, property manager, facilities coordinator, or similar.
ability to read association rules and documents.
experience with budget planning and control.
