Requirements
engineering degree is a must.
Bilingual.
Experience in the quality area (min 5 years) / t1 / automotive industry.

Problem-solving: effective problem‑solving skills to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Project management: proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources.
Leadership: ability to lead and mentor team members and guide quality‑related initiatives.
Industry knowledge
familiarity with relevant automotive industry standards (e.g., iso, iatf, iso, iso, vda, core tools, customer care).
