- carrying out modification and improvement work on tools and fixtures

new production, modification, improvement
creation of complex new products (tools, fixtures) according to drawings, oral specifications or samples using the various machining processes
creation of difficult sample and device parts including the necessary auxiliary devices
manufacture of difficult tool components and auxiliary devices for the optimisation of production processes, taking ergonomic and qualitative aspects into account (drawings, sketches, verbal agreements) into account.
changing difficult tools and fixtures due to operational or procedural necessities
preparation of the necessary documentation and, if necessary, instruction of the operators
recognition of material and surface defects and elimination of defects after consultation with the
responsible authorities
