guarantee and efficiently follow order entry process to supply in timely manner customer, it is a commitment to meet customers' quality and service expectations, as well as current regulatory compliance applicable to the food industry.
key responsibilities include:
* enter a high volume of incoming orders into the sap system accurately and promptly
* follow orders through the system from the time of order entry through invoicing
* manage and determine the appropriate method of order entry and shipment for accuracy and customer satisfaction
* provide accurate and timely communication, including written correspondence, telephone, and electronic exchange to all customers (internal and external)
* negotiate with planning and distribution for product availability and, if necessary, expedite shipments and coordinate back orders
* takes responsibility for errors and initiates actions to prevent reoccurrence
* establish and maintain productive working relationships with customers, co‐packers, and all internal departments
* investigate customer complaints regarding services, billings, and issues, resulting in the appropriate resolution and corrective action for both the external customer and barry callebaut
about you:
* college degree strongly preferred
* 2 years customer service experience
* english 80% (conversation and written)
* sap experience strongly preferred
* sales force experience strongly preferred
