qualifications

* minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related domain, with a proven track record of delivering insights that drive business outcomes.
* strong proficiency in sql for data retrieval and manipulation.
* experience with programming languages such as python or r for data analysis.
* snowflake platform experience is required.
* exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with keen attention to detail and a strong ability to interpret complex data sets.
* excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non‑technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
* experience in statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling is highly desirable.

* 3–5 years of experience with microsoft sql server: writing complex queries, debugging stored procedures, db performance improvement, developing quality audits.
* powerbi and excel (vba, look‑ups, pivots, etc.).
* working knowledge on azure stack: synapse, spark/python, sql azure, azure data factory.
* experience with project management tools like azure devops (ado), jira.
* excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* ability to work in agile environment, deal with ambiguity and critical thinking to achieve the expected results within slas.
* excellent communication skills and ability to work with customer stakeholders and cross‑functional teams by effectively understanding business requirements.
