*description*:- gordian staffing, building solutions that last_we focus on helping small and medium-sized enterprises in the united states and canada to make business more accessible by offering specialized services and providing high-quality people solutions for those organizations, constantly growing and looking for better results in their markets.we are looking for an administrative/customer service representative to help us.our client is a company located in monterey, california.they have provided effective and personalized rental and hoa management services, and real estate services, since *.their core values are caring, protecting and looking for the customer's satisfaction.the main activities for this position are:- work with internal departments to meet business and customers' needs.- handle customers' situations such as answering basic questions about the services, handling complaints, and providing appropriate solutions as alternatives over the phone.- data entry in various platforms for different purposes (electronic file organization, uploading documents to the portal, updating community information, vendor set up,etc.)- process architectural reviews applications, violations notices, late fee notices, etc.- follow up on scheduled works and documentation of them in the system.this position will spend around 50% of the time over the phone.*schedule*m-f 10:00 to 19:00*we offer:- equipment (computer, monitor, and headset)- christmas bonus of 30 days (aguinaldo)- 6 vacation days after the first year- imss- major medical insurance since day 1after the 3-month probation contract, we add:- minor medical insurance (clinic may vary according to the city you are from)- food vouchers- saving fund- restaurant tickets*requirements*:- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles- advanced english- strong computer skills.
