responsible for setup, configuration, and commissioning of hardware-in-the-loop (hil) systems for ecu testing and validation.
responsibilities
* configure and commission hil systems (dspace, etas, ni)
* integrate ecus with hil rigs and validate connectivity
* develop and execute test cases for system validation
* perform signal mapping, i/o configuration, and fault simulation
* debug issues in hardware, software, and communication (can, lin)
* support automation using tools like canoe, controldesk, or teststand
* collaborate with development and validation teams
requirements
* experience in hil setup and commissioning
* strong knowledge of ecu systems and automotive networks (can, uds)
* familiarity with tools: dspace / etas / ni / canoe
* basic programming/scripting (python, c, or capl)
* understanding of embedded systems
qualification
* bachelor’s/master’s in electronics, electrical, or related field
