we are currently on the hunt for an ambitious and passionate hr/it recruiter to join our team. Oppizi is the first major multi‑channel player in offline performance‑marketing, enabling tracking, scaling and optimisation of flyering campaigns across three channels: hand‑to‑hand, door‑to‑door, and direct mail. We operate in 10 countries, including australia, new zealand, france, uk, us, and canada.
responsibilities
* source top talents based on business needs.
* own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for high‑priority roles across multiple departments (tech, sales, ops, executive).
* assist international recruitment efforts, hiring across north america, europe, australia, and latam.
* recruit and hire top engineering and business talents and achieve monthly/quarterly hiring goals.
* communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process.
* share and exchange information with all levels of management.
* work closely with c‑levels.
about you
* proven experience as a full‑cycle recruiter, ideally in a startup or high‑growth environment.
* strong business acumen and ability to recruit across technical, operational, and commercial functions.
* able to work autonomously, prioritize multiple roles at once, and deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes quickly.
* comfortable with data‑driven recruiting and ats management (workable preferred).
* passion for building teams and contributing to a mission‑driven business.

requirements
* 3‑5 years of experience sourcing and recruiting for technical and/or non‑technical profiles in an agency or corporate setting.
* solid history of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor.
* track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
* ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong consultative skills, and work in a large‑team environment.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
* strong ability to set up recruitment processes from execution to reporting.
* english, c2 mandatory; bilingual is preferred.
