the residence manager is responsible for the efficient management and operation of residential properties, ensuring owner satisfaction, property maintenance, and financial performance.

1. manage and operate residential properties efficiently, ensuring owner satisfaction, proper property maintenance, and strong financial performance.
2. serve as the primary contact for owners, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
3. facilitate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
4. conduct tours with contractors and suppliers, ensure access registration, and accompany external personnel for security.
5. charge owners' accounts for water purchases or other requested services.
6. verify monthly account statements, correct errors, and question utilities based on visits and consumption.
7. maintain complete and up-to-date documentation related to residences, such as insurance policies and contracts.

minimum requirements
* bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, hotel management, or a related field (preferred).
* over 4 years of proven experience as a residence or property manager in the hospitality industry.
* strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
* excellent financial and accounting skills with a successful track record of managing budgets and controlling costs.
* high professionalism and integrity.
* proficiency in both english and spanish, oral and written.
* certified property manager (cpm) or similar certification is a plus.
