This role is part of AXA Group Operations and supports the Globalisation of GO operations and the IPC TOM stream of the Harmony program as a Change Management specialist.
Job purpose
As a Change Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of changes within the AXA GO process as defined in the GO change management policy and process documentation, ensuring high-quality change records, success, and service levels.
Responsibilities
- Ensure changes are handled in accordance with the current process and procedures.
- Administer change records in SILVA, AXA Global ServiceNow instance.
- Participate in and host relevant change management meetings including CABs.
- Assist with escalated changes and ensure workflow compliance with the process.
- Provide day-to-day expertise for changes to process stakeholders.
- Collaborate with process stakeholders and ensure change approvals align with specified timings.
- Produce change management reporting.
- Manage post-implementation reviews for changes with major business impact or on request.
- Escalate issues or deviations to the Change Management Team Manager and report process improvements.
- Execute change process-related tasks, including improvements assigned by the Change Management Team Manager.
- Supervise and coordinate changes outside business hours upon request/on demand.
Expected Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of change management experience in a coordinator/change manager role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience and knowledge of IT Operations.
- Experience in a global organisation with matrix management.
- Operational knowledge of ServiceNow.
- ITIL certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solving, and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at varying levels, in English.
- Ability to energise a community to support process adoption and continuous feedback.
