responsibilities:
* develop and implement content optimization plans to increase product visibility and conversions.
* manage online product catalogs, ensuring accurate and engaging content that meets client requirements.
* oversee content production, including translations, proofreading, and quality control.
* lead a small team of digital merchandisers, allocating tasks and providing guidance.
* conduct client meetings, support team discussions, and report status updates.
* build long-term relationships with clients by analyzing their business needs and continuously improving the overall client experience.
* stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.
* develop and present creative strategies to clients, identifying new opportunities and addressing potential risks.
* monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
* motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.
requirements:
* passionate leader with at least 1 year of team management experience.
* experienced in working with clients and building long-term relationships.
* consultancy/advising experience to help clients achieve their goals and kpis.
* proficiency in pim/dam systems, including asset organization, maintenance, and syndication.
* proven track record in optimizing product listings and driving visibility through seo strategies.
* experience in e-commerce, specifically in e-retailers, including amazon, kroger, and walmart.
* good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
* e-commerce experience in fmcg.
* strong analytical and project management skills.
* team player with excellent communication skills.
* knowledge of seo practices for e-retailers.
* positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
* attention to detail.
* assertiveness and courage in presenting ideas.
* fluency in english (at least c1).
