role overview
we are hiring a bilingual (english/spanish) account manager based in mexico to support our growing u.s. client base.
this is a dynamic, client-facing role that combines account management, onboarding, and customer support, while working closely with our u.s.-based sales and product teams. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through long-term success.
this role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates effectively in english, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
what you’ll do
client onboarding & implementation
* lead onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and timely launch
* coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, support) across time zones
* deliver client training sessions in english
account management & client success
* manage a portfolio of primarily u.s.-based clients
* build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
* monitor account health, usage, and client satisfaction
* proactively address issues and ensure a high-quality experience
sales & growth support
* partner with sales to support client handoffs and expansion opportunities
* identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* contribute to retention and revenue growth
ongoing support & optimization
* act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize platform value
* gather feedback and collaborate with product on improvements
* provide timely, high-quality support across client needs
what we’re looking for
* fluent english (required) — strong written and verbal communication skills
* native or fluent spanish
* 2–5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or similar roles
* experience working with u.s. clients or international teams preferred
* strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
* comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones (u.s. hours)
* experience with saas, ai, or digital platforms preferred
* hospitality or restaurant industry experience is a plus
