key responsibilities:
* partner with leadership to align hr strategies with business objectives.
* lead and develop hr professionals from each plant site, ensuring consistent practices across the country.
* collaborate with departments to implement regional and global hr programs.
* provide strategic consulting to leadership teams, focusing on culture, leadership, and performance management.
* ensure compliance with mexican labor regulations and internal policies.
* drive workforce planning, succession management, and talent review processes for mexico operations.
* support participation in global hr initiatives such as hris implementation, evp, engagement surveys, and recognition programs.
