as a conversion rate optimization (cro) manager, you will help develop, manage, and execute the testing roadmap across our legal verticals.
you'll work closely in a cross functional team with members from the creative, seo, paid media.
product, and development teams.
*responsabilities*
develop data driven tests based on research in google analytics and other data tools, as well as our own in house customer research.
- collaborate with our design team to define asset requirements and communication/messaging strategies for tests.
- work with development team to implement experiments and understand any platform limitations to testing.
- analyze test results.
identify patterns in the data to inform future testing.
- create presentations and communicate results to key stakeholders.
*profile*
- bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- minimum of 2 years of experience in a full time cro role.
- strong proficiency in excel/google sheets.
- proficiency in marketing platforms and tools such as google analytics, google optimize, google tag manager, hotjar, adobe target.
- experience working at a digital marketing agency a plus.
- experience working in legal or ecommerce organization a plus.
- ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- a person that can derive insights, recommendations, and action plans from consumer feedback and large data sets.
- excellent organizational and project management skills.
- someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and take direction from multiple people.
- someone who proactively stays ahead of the curve on new strategies, advertising channels, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- demonstrate an expertise in data analysis.
