- this role is responsible for maintaining relationships with dedicated business implementation teams, advocating for business requirements during it implementation ventures, and identifying solutions that fall short of it standards. The role understands the specific goals and needs of the business, function, or geography and represents those needs to the it organization. The role leads system design and development, while contributing proactively to projects through research and data analysis and working independently on moderate scope problems. The role also analyzes complex requirements, identifies risks and develops solutions.

- ensures active and timely engagement of business, functional, and geographical stakeholders in it projects, keeping them adequately informed throughout the process.
- conducts in-depth analysis of intricate requirements, identifies potential risks, and formulates suitable solutions.
- leads systems design and development by translating business requirements to technical requirements.
- provides services to clients in areas such as competitive migrations, hardware/software deployments, and troubleshooting customer environments.
- develops conclusions, recommendations, and written reports, contributing proactively through research and data analysis support, and sharing knowledge to foster a knowledge management culture.

- four-year or graduate degree in computer science, information technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in it projects, process improvement, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
