quality representative within production, who represents the customer voice, ensures product / process conformity in accordance with the control plan, and confirms conformity to the customer specific requirements and mms standards in operations.
represents the customer voice and ensures the respect of the customer specific requirements within the plant and is the interface between customers and internal other functions on quality matters.
education and work experience
required
* university degree in (bachelor or master) in engineering
* at least 3 years of experience in the appropriate industry working with quality tools
* ability to interpret drawings and requirements for ensuring the adherence to agreed quality parameters
* analytical thinking & problem solving skills
* expertise in quality management systems, problem solving, rrqc, fmea, ppap and statistics
* at least 2 year of department supervision and management
* sap & microsoft office knowledge
* fluent in written and oral english communications or customer’s languages
* customer focus
* building effective teams
