About the role
* collaborate with direct manager to conduct financial activities, decision-making, and general projects.
* provide timely and accurate support for general ledger.
* update fixed asset register in a timely and accurate manner, including assets under construction and depreciation calculations.
* prepare analysis or reports, paying close attention to data accuracy, compliance, and timeliness (e.g., income statement).
* provide all necessary data for internal (financial consolidated reports and reporting system) and external reports (including statutory accounts, national statistics, and tax information) in a timely and accurate manner.
* provide first-line support for sap issues, including fixed assets, cash, and general ledger.
* participate in country/region or business unit-level key projects.
* report any product-related technical complaints/complaints/special situations within 24 hours.
* distribute marketing samples (as applicable).
key performance indicators:
* internal customer satisfaction with financial analysis quality, appropriateness, and timeliness.
* determine customer satisfaction and specific process kpis based on agreed sla.
