Your tasks
* lead and coordinate the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and high-quality proposal submissions in alignment with customer requirements and internal guidelines.
* develop competitive bid strategies in close collaboration with sales, business lines, operations, finance, and other key stakeholders.
* identify and mitigate legal, financial, and operational risks, working alongside risk management, legal, and compliance.
* manage pricing and calculation processes to ensure market competitiveness and financial sustainability.
* drive process improvements, standardize templates, and maintain bid documentation and knowledge repositories.
* support the approval process and facilitate internal/external reviews.
* align closely with internal departments to ensure strategic coherence and deliver tailored sales strategies for regional markets.
your qualifications
* 7+ years of professional experience in bid management, sales excellence, or inside sales.
* experience in multiple of the aforementioned functions is preferred.
* ideal candidates will have worked in an international environment and possess intercultural competence.
* university degree in e.g. Business, communication, economics or equivalent is a plus.
* result and priority oriented, with strong business acumen.
