we are seeking a results-driven leisure sales manager with proven expertise in managing wholesaler and tour operator accounts, with deep knowledge of connectivity processes (channel manager, crs, extranets) and a rigorous, detail-oriented approach to rate loading, auditing, and parity control.

- proactively identify and secure new leisure business opportunities through client meetings, prospection, negotiations, trade shows, and strategic site inspections.
- build, manage, and grow relationships with wholesalers, consortias, ota partners, and tour operators, ensuring rate integrity and year-round production.
- oversee and audit the full connectivity process, ensuring correct rate mapping, accurate loading, and constant monitoring for discrepancies across all channels.
- implement a monthly audit schedule to maintain rate parity, avoid leakage, and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- lead contracting processes with key partners, including allotments, dynamic/static rates, promotions, and blackout periods.
- track and achieve leisure segment revenue targets, while supporting overall departmental sales goals and profitability.
- monitor competitor activity and industry trends in wholesale and ota distribution to refine sales strategies and seize market opportunities.
- collaborate closely with revenue, reservations, and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and drive visibility across source markets.
- prepare detailed production reports and performance reviews by market, partner, and segment.
- represent the property in leisure-focused industry events and client activations, positioning the brand competitively and credibly.
