assist international recruitment efforts, hiring across north america, europe, australia, and latam.recruit and hire top engineering and business talents and achieve monthly/quarterly hiring goals.communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process.share and exchange information with all levels of management.work closely with c‐levels.about youproven experience as a full‐cycle recruiter, ideally in a startup or high‐growth environment.strong business acumen and ability to recruit across technical, operational, and commercial functions.able to work autonomously, prioritize multiple roles at once, and deliver high‐quality hiring outcomes quickly.comfortable with data‐driven recruiting and ats management (workable preferred).

requirements3‐5 years of experience sourcing and recruiting for technical and/or non‐technical profiles in an agency or corporate setting.solid history of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor.track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong consultative skills, and work in a large‐team environment.excellent communication and interpersonal skills.proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.strong ability to set up recruitment processes from execution to reporting.english, c2 mandatory; bilingual is preferred.
