responsibilities:
* support the sales team in selling products to existing clients through portfolio analysis, needs assessment, and customer risk profiling.
* disseminate information on industry trends, financial markets, and competition products, analyzing this information for meaningful sales engagement.
* develop training roadmaps for relationship managers, ensuring successful completion of training certifications on regulatory requirements, knowledge, attitude, skills, and habits.
* ensure customer engagement by organizing meetings and discussing product offerings to build awareness.
* conduct joint sales drills with relationship managers to facilitate appropriate product purchases by customers.
* enhance the knowledge level of branch managers.
* serve as the compliance gatekeeper in the region/branch for adherence to regulatory guidelines.
* monitor potential sales complaints, cancellations, surrender ratios, lapse rates, and sales complaints.
* identify potential financial, regulatory, and credit risks to the franchise.
* assess risks appropriately in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, safeguarding the firm's reputation, and managing control issues transparently. Supervise others' activities and hold them accountable for maintaining standards.
