the sales representative - b2 b outbound position at alegro industries is a full-time, on-site role located in guadalajara, mexico.
what you'll do
* make high-volume outbound calls to prospect, qualify, and close b2 b leads
* own the full sales cycle cold call to signed contract
* build a client portfolio through disciplined, structured follow-up
* hit and exceed monthly kpis
* keep crm records accurate after every interaction
what we need
* 3+ years in b2 b telephone sales — outbound and cold calling, no exceptions
* industrial or mro sector experience is a strong plus
* english c1 — used daily with clients and in writing
* university degree (completed or in progress)
* sharp persuasion and objection-handling skills; comfortable with rejection
compensation & perks
* salary: competitive, based on your experience and english proficiency.
* commissions: uncapped 5% paid in usd (high earning potential).
