Experience:at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in managing, upgrading, and designing utility equipment. Knowledge & skills:advanced english *written and verbal*on-site jobdetailed r&r (detailed responsibilities)responsible for the management of utility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation, as well as daily maintenance (including air compressors, air conditioning systems, among others). Utilize the maximo system to implement and comply with preventive maintenance plans for utility equipment. Analyze and resolve unexpected failures during operation and develop corresponding emergency response plans. Supervise the safe operation of power equipment, ensuring normal operation and execution of daily maintenance plans. Responsible for the maintenance of noise control and sound insulation systems in the utility station. In charge of the technical improvement and design of utility systems. Perform regular inspections of pressure vessels, measuring instruments, safety valves, and related equipment. Guide technicians and operators in their tasks, improving their maintenance skills and on-site troubleshooting capabilities. Ensure compliance with specific customer requirements.
