Supervise the technical resources necessary to carry out the assembly of components and the installation of projects in the fieldSupervise the technical team during the equipment validation phase with established testing protocols to meet the requirements of: 20 Hours Dry Runs and 8 hrs on productionResponsible for security management and administration, skills development, training, performance evaluation and career plan of the technical teamCoordination with Manufacturing, projects and operations in the execution of daily Tasks during installation steps.Verification of staff attendance, Safety Talk and review of 10 basic Safety rules dailyMaintain order and cleanliness in the work area (5s)Preparation and review of the work safety analysis at the beginning of the shift.
