Establish eh&s policies and procedures in coordination with the director of operations.collaborate in the development of the training plan of the various areas, in relation to safety, health and environment for compliance with the training required by government agencies.support in the organization and development of strategic activities to raise awareness and promote programs and activities focused on health, safety and the environment.manage compliance with applicable safety, health and environment regulations or any other requirement that nlcd deems appropriate. Monitor compliance with the training plan in material of safety, health and environment.monitoring the management of the committees established for compliance with occupational health and safety verifications is carried out.advise those responsible for accident investigations to determine their causes and verify corrective measures.attend corporate or customer audits that are necessary, as well as attend inspections by the safety and hygiene or environmental authorities.communications: maintain effective communication with all departments. Communicate orally and in writing.employee relationship:work professionally and cooperatively in their work.health and safety:follow the company's safety rules. Wear equipment, protective devices, or clothing that is required, or not required under the company's health and safety law and regulations.immediately report the absence or defect of any protective equipment or clothing to your supervisor. Knowledge of ergonomics.experience in microsoft office.softskills: ability to relate to the various levels of the company. Strong sense of urgency.problem solution/analytical capacity.
