about the role
the ideal candidate will have strong background in program management and verbal & written communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders. Further details regarding the position and company will be shared during the interview process.
responsibilities
* guiding a team of cross-functional experts in the delivery of customer-focused products and services.
* holding up development and implementation of a project, pricing, and program strategies.
* continuing to deliver value to the business and its customers.
* provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
* oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
* reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
* be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
* in charge of customer ́s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
* maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
* monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
* be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
* holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.
* excellent communication skills and must be fluent in english
qualifications
* strong background in program management.
* bachelor ́s degree in administration, engineering or related.
* master's degree in business administration or program management (desirable)
* advanced experience as program manager
* experience in electronics manufacturing industry
* microsoft project
* advance english (mandatory)

* knowledge with technical manufacturing process
