As a manager of automation systems, you will play a pivotal role in implementing automation projects for production lines, with the goal of reducing product costs and increasing quality levels.
about the role
this position involves defining strategic approaches and leading automation efforts from concept to implementation, aiming to enhance existing production lines and support new product development initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating activities of an automation team to standardize machinery and systems, optimizing team members' activities, proposing optimal mixes of activities with internal resources and suppliers, and ensuring proper documentation for operation and maintenance of implemented machines and systems.

* coordinate automation/mechanization projects of production lines from concept/design to commissioning in the manufacturing plant.

* proficiency in plc programming, scada systems, robotics, and other automation technologies.

* fluent english/spanish with effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
