*raw material planner, your future position?
*
- reporting to the production planning coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning, scheduling and managing raw material orders used on the production floor to achieve and maintain goals according to best planning practices.
- your* main responsibilities*will be:
- resolve material shortages through efficient planning to provide an appropriate level of inventory following corporate standards.
- resolve materials related problems by working with the different areas at their level of responsibility and management.
- work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good practices
- follow up on raw material purchase orders avoiding supply or obsolescence problems by escalating promptly.
- validate and challenge the correct parameterization of the system.
- partner with logistics and gbs to ensure finished goods are shipped.
- implement improvement opportunities.
- communicate and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
- obsolescence control (use of slob tool for inventory at risk assessment).
- ensure response to internal and external customers and suppliers.
- the position is based in *cuernavaca, méxico*with a hybrid working model (4 days from home and 1 at the office).
*your professional profile includes*:
- university degree in industrial engineering or similar fields.
- 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- advance excel (can maintain complex functions) knowledge.
- advanced level of english.
- experience using analytic tools.
