The Finance Controller Manager oversees all financial operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, accurate financial reporting, and operational efficiency.Key responsibilities:
* Lead the plant's financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and full financial close processes.
* Oversee cost control, variance analysis, and profitability to support business performance and decision‑making.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and local statutory requirements.
* Act as a strategic business partner to plant leadership on investments, cost‑saving initiatives, and process improvements.
* Manage and develop the plant finance team while delivering timely financial reporting and supporting ERP/digitalization initiatives.
