Role summary as the delivery manager (site leader operations) for our mexico city center, you will oversee the strategic and operational delivery of digital marketing services for global clients. You’ll lead a 50 member team, ensuring exceptional service in adops, programmatic advertising, revenue optimization, and client management. This role demands a balance of hands-on operational expertise, cross-geography collaboration, and a client-centric mindset to uphold mediamint’s standards of innovation and efficiency. Key responsibilities operational leadership: manage end-to-end delivery for ad operations (trafficking, campaign management), programmatic advertising, seo, and digital revenue optimization, ensuring slas and client kpis are met. Team management: lead, mentor, and scale a team of 50 specialists, quality analysts and team leads, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Talent management: oversee the growth, retention and performance (people development) for the teams reporting to the role client partnership: serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing escalations, driving strategic reviews, and ensuring high satisfaction. Cross-geography coordination: collaborate with global site leaders (india, canada, spain, etc.) to align on client goals, share best practices, and optimize resource allocation. Business growth: identify opportunities to expand service offerings, improve operational efficiency, and support new client acquisitions in the americas/europe. Performance analytics: utilize data-driven insights to monitor team performance, revenue health, and campaign success, implementing corrective actions as needed. Compliance & innovation: ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., google adwords, adsense) while integrating ai/tech advancements to enhance service delivery. Qualifications & skills mandatory: formal qualification in business, marketing, technology, or related field. 12 years in adtech/digital marketing services, with at least 5 years in a third-party/agency environment. Proven experience managing teams of 50 members in operations focused on: ad operations (trafficking, campaign management) programmatic advertising revenue optimization & ad performance client management (b2b/enterprise level) language proficiency: native spanish, fluent english (written/spoken). Expertise in google marketing suite (adwords, adsense), dsps, and analytics tools. Preferred: additional european language (e.g., french, german). Experience coordinating multi-geography operations for global clients. Strong analytical/critical thinking skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., tableau, google analytics).
